ZipRecruiter Employer Product

My Role

Leading the design efforts for the Employer product, I worked closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to uphold ZipRecruiter design standards and drive innovative design forward. All projects maintained a process wireframing by hand drawing or using software to deliver high-level ideas; user research and testing; creation of high-fidelity comps in Figma (formerly Sketch) and advanced prototypes in Principle or InVision; iterating based upon data and user feedback.

Key highlights:

• Sole designer for the Employer Mobile App for both iOS and Android (4.9 star rating on the app stores).

• Lead designer for both the Employer and Enterprise products, optimizing experiences for customer satisfaction and business metrics.

• Presented on Ethical Tech at an internal Lunch & Learn titled, “Mindful Design(ers).”
