Main designer for Employer product, connecting millions of job seekers with employers and improving marketplace trust.

• Led Employer mobile app design, achieving 4.8 and 4.9 ratings and statistically significant increases in product actions.
• Updated the Dashboard into an intuitive interface, boosting engagement and reducing support through in-app education.
