Enriching constituent data within the Instil platform with a bi-directional integration.

Project Overview

Integrating with Salesforce allowed for enriched constituent data as well as a method to help Enterprise companies begin to depricate their usage of Salesforce and fully pivot into using Instil as their only constituent management platform.

The Team

As the lead designer for this project, I worked with stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Leadership.

Wireframes

I mapped out how the Salesforce integration works for internal documentation. These assets were then used within our internal engineering knowledge base and stylized versions were used within other company documentation.
